The Brighton away ticket exchange is open for Getafe, Hull City and Panathinaikos, Albion announced on 14 October 2026. Supporters who have bought tickets but can no longer attend can offer them through the club’s official resale system.

In short

  • Listing is open for all three away fixtures.
  • Tickets become available to other supporters only once the relevant match has sold out.
  • A successful resale carries a 10% fee.
  • Getafe’s exchange closing date has not yet been confirmed.

Brighton away ticket exchange: dates to put in the diary

The club’s match-specific announcement gives these closures: Hull City, Wednesday 18 November at 9am; Panathinaikos, Monday 14 December at 9am; Getafe, to be confirmed. All dates are in 2026. Do not assume one deadline applies across all three games.

Resale tickets are offered at adult pricing only. A listed ticket that does not sell remains active. The club says tickets will be sent to supporters once the exchange closes, and loyalty points move to the new owner based on actual attendance.

How to list a ticket

Open the official Ticket Exchange page and sign in to the correct MyAlbion Digital account. Its listing button becomes available after sign-in, and the page links to the Ask Albion instructions.

The general exchange page also describes home season-ticket arrangements. For these three away match tickets, use the specific announcement’s 10% resale charge, not the separate season-ticket credit formula. For illustration, a £20 ticket successfully resold under a 10% fee would return £18. That is arithmetic, not a quoted price for any of these fixtures.

Why it matters to travelling supporters

Listing a ticket and recovering its cost are different stages. Someone deciding whether to cancel travel should not budget on a completed resale before another supporter has bought the ticket. The exchange deals with the match ticket; the announcement does not promise reimbursement for trains, flights or accommodation.

For the original sale information, see our earlier Getafe away-ticket report and Hull and Panathinaikos sales guide. The new development here is the resale route, not another initial ticket release.

Brighton Locals’ view

An official route for unused tickets is useful for both sellers and supporters seeking a seat. Its limitation is equally important: a listing is not a refund guarantee. Clear deadlines and confirmation of a sale matter more than simply putting a ticket into the system.

What to watch next

The missing Getafe closing date is the key outstanding detail. Check the original club notice and your ticket account before making time-sensitive decisions.

Bottom line

Use the official exchange, allow for the fee and keep checking until the resale outcome is clear.
