Planning a visit

The venue is open to the public when public events take place, rather than operating a general daily box office. For event-day ticket help and collections, the Event Box Office opens two and a half hours before doors. Check the individual show’s running times.

There is no venue car park. Read the official visitor information for transport and bag rules. The access hub has the Access Statement in several formats and venue maps.

For accessible booking enquiries, call 01273 292695, Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm; on-sale arrangements can vary.

Use the official programme and booking links. Our Brighton Centre planning guide explains the ticket and arrival checks.

Details checked 24 October 2026. Map pin follows the venue’s own published map coordinates; it does not identify a specific accessible entrance.
