What the role involves
The manager will lead service-improvement work across CRDC Sussex, developing study set-up pathways that coordinate pharmacy, imaging, pathology, governance and clinical teams. Duties include investigating delays, maintaining implementation plans and risk registers, monitoring national research targets and supporting training and best practice across Sussex health organisations.
The Trust is looking for senior NHS change-management experience, knowledge of commercial clinical research and research governance, project-management capability and the ability to influence partners across multiple organisations.
