The operator lists the following services as affected:

  • Coaster 12
  • Coaster 12X
  • Coaster 14
  • Route 23
  • Coaster Local 27

What travellers should do

Anyone travelling between Brighton, Saltdean, Peacehaven and Newhaven should check the live service status before leaving and avoid relying on a tight connection. Drivers using the A259 through Peacehaven should also expect slower journeys around the emergency works.

Residents experiencing low pressure or a supply interruption can check the South East Water status service for their address. The bus disruption itself is confirmed on the Brighton & Hove Buses service updates page.

Brighton Locals will update this report if the operator publishes a clearance time or further route changes.
