Brighton & Hove Albion FC is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to support building and facilities operations across its stadium and elite training centre. The new post will supervise maintenance technicians and trade apprentices in a busy, high-occupancy environment.

- Location: American Express Stadium, Village Way, Brighton, BN1 9BL, and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing, BN15 9FP
- Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum
- Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Contract: Permanent
- Closing date: Tuesday 10 November 2026
What the role involves
The postholder will organise and track work through the club’s computerised maintenance management system, mentor the maintenance team and help keep facilities operating safely. Applicants need broad building-maintenance knowledge covering fabric, mechanical and electrical services, HVAC and building-management systems, together with practical supervisory experience.
