Field Supervisor – Social Interest Group, Brighton & Hove

Social Interest Group is hiring a Field Supervisor for its Brighton & Hove community support service. The role combines local visits with home working and occasional central-office days, supporting staff who work with adults facing mental-health, addiction, homelessness and criminal-justice challenges.

What the role involves

The Field Supervisor will support service managers, lead and develop a community team, monitor service quality and help staff deliver person-centred outreach. Around 70% of the role is expected to be spent in the community visiting participants and staff, so regular local travel is central to the job.
